Procure-to-Pay is currently available for Consolidated Supply Co. and R.E. Michel. Integrations for Gensco, Plumbmaster (PPG), and Hajoca-Moore Supply (Texas locations Dallas, Austin, Mesquite.) are currently in beta. Johnstone is currently in development.

Each supplier does have its own individual beta program and they are all currently full. Please submit our form and we will be sure to notify you when your preferred supplier integration is made available.

The first step would be to ensure you're set up with QuickBooks Desktop or Intacct. If you are using it, great! The next step is to get set up on Pricebook best practices and our Purchasing module. Your Customer Success Manager and our training team can help you optimize your account with these modules.

Yes, there are paths for non-QBD and Intacct users. Procure-to-Pay is a workflow, which means you can leverage all or any of it. QBO users can still use our integrated supplier catalogs, which include your negotiated costs, our purchasing module with electronic PO delivery, or our payables module to create bills and statements.
