Domenic DeLeo is the Senior Vice President of Residential Services & Sales for  Northwinds Services Group, bringing over 30 years of HVAC industry experience. He leads operations for six Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning locations and two AP Plumbing locations across Western New York, focusing on growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Domenic began his career with Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning in the early 1990s and has served in multiple roles for the organization. He joined Northwinds Services Group in 2021 after Isaac was purchased.  He studied HVAC at Monroe Community College, BOCES, Alfred State College, and holds certifications from NATE and BPI. He has served on the ACCA board and currently sits on the board of the Building Performance Contractors Association (BPCA).

A passionate mentor and trainer, Domenic is committed to developing future leaders and delivering exceptional service. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife and three children, where he currently spends most of his free time coaching youth sports.
